High-Speed Laser Cutting in XXL
Our modern fiber laser cutting systems enable the greatest possible precision up to a format of 3000 mm width and 25,000 mm length at unusually high cutting speeds. We cut sheet thicknesses up to 30 mm in steel, stainless steel (oxide-free) and aluminum.
Bevel cuts
Up to a width of 2500 mm, we are able to apply bevel cuts up to +/- 45° on the outer contours, e.g. as weld seam preparation. Up to 3000 mm width we can also offer bevel cuts up to +/- 45° on inner contours.
Tolerances
We guarantee a positioning accuracy of +/- 0.1 mm and a repeat accuracy of +/- 0.05 mm as well as a cutting tolerance of +/- 0.1 mm/m cutting length. The remaining tolerances are based on DIN EN ISO 9013 or individual agreements.
