The company GEMA-Technik GmbH is a medium-sized injection molding company with attached electrotechnical production and coil winding. We have a total of over 150 employees and have our own tool and jig construction. We are certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and, in order to take into account the high share in the automotive industry, according to VDA 6.1.
We exclusively process thermoplastics. Our focus is on the production of technical components with high demands on accuracy and integration fullness. We also embed all conceivable products, such as electronic components, printed circuit boards, or even metallic contacts in plastic in order to obtain a functional component with a wide range of applications. We work in a clamping force range of 12 – 200 t and process almost exclusively technical thermoplastics. Special materials such as specially adjusted high-temperature materials play a significant role.
The production of electrotechnical components as well as smaller assemblies is our second main pillar. Our core business is the manufacture of all types of coils and their contacts. If required, we further process these into complete excitation systems. We have the possibility to deliver assembled kits.
