From Munich, Nuremberg or Stuttgart:
Take the A8 München-Stuttgart to the junction Augsburg/West, take the B17 direction Landsberg and exit at Augsburg/Messe.
From the south – Allgäu, Austria and Switzerland:
Take the A96 to junction Landsberg a.L. West. Then take the B17 toward Augsburg and exit at Augsburg/Messe.
From the north via A9:
Take the B300 and change to the A8 at the junction Dasing. Continue along the B17 at the junction Augsburg West, direction Landsberg, and exit at Augsburg/Messe.
From the north via the A7:
Take the A8 or the B25 and B2 to Augsburg. Coming via B2 please take the B17 toward Landsberg and exit at Augsburg/Messe.
Ample free parking for visitors is available directly at the exhibition hall on P1.
The parking spaces at the trade fair centre are not supervised by a security service. The FMB organiser and the operator of the trade fair centre will not accept responsibility for any possible damage.

By train
- Augsburg Central Station is the central railway hub for the metropolitan area of Augsburg and Bavarian Swabia. From here we recommend using public transport.
- ICE- and TGV connections
- High-speed track Augsburg-Munich
- Allgäu Franken Express between Allgäu, Augsburg and Nuremberg
- From Central Station via Königsplatz with tram line 3 directly to Bukovina Institute. From there 7 minutes walk to the trade fair center (travel time all in all 19 minutes)
- Or from Königsplatz with bus line 41, exit at “Messezentrum” (travel time approx. 11 minutes)

By flight
Connection to Augsburg via the A8.
From there to Augsburg:
- Lufthansa Airport Bus: Every 20 minutes from Munich’s Central Station (ca. 40 minutes) and from there continue to Augsburg by train (ca. 30-45 minutes)
- By train: Tram and ICE, IC, EC or RB (ca. 90 minutes), via Munich Central Station (Hbf)
- By car/rental/taxi (ca. 1 hour)
- Private airport transfers will take you quickly and conveniently to Augsburg
Connection to Augsburg via the A8.
From here to Augsburg:
- By train: Tram and ICE, IC, EC or RB (ca. 2.5 hours)
- By car/rental/taxi (ca. 1.5 hour)
