We manufacture a wide range of plastic parts on state-of-the-art injection molding machines with clamping forces of 12 t – 200 t. In addition to the processing of all known technical thermoplastics, the focus is on the use of high-temperature resistant and specially modified plastics. Several rotary table and vertical machines are used, which enable us to process complicated and filigree inserts or to realize difficult gating. Complete production cells and automatic handling machines are standard.
Our in-house trained technical staff guarantees robust and stable manufacturing processes through experience and knowledge. The consistent application of statistical test methodology during re-sampling and optimization forms the basis for this. In the sense of “TPM” (total productive maintenance), preventive maintenance, systematic inspection as well as testing and calibration guarantee the availability of machines and equipment and ensure the reproducibility of manufacturing processes.
